Analyzing how the rigor of exercize influences our heart rate.
Students are rotating throughout the room and learning about the different human body systems and how they influence our system as a whole
Today we are continuing our investigation on different body systems. We are also filling in a organizer and creating slides to be presented tomorrow during learning walks.
We are learning about the body systems. Together groups are researching different body systems. Above is a picture of a group woking on this project. A picture is taken of there organizer.
Students are learning that our body is a system of interacting subsystems composed of groups of cells.
Groups are preparing to teach their peers. Cell lessons are being created by each team. Srudents will rotate through each station.
This group is creating a plant cell scale model using candy. Learners in this station will have to manipulate the parts to create plant cell.
Students are creating interactive cell models. Peers will be rotating through student run cell stations that require their peers to perform tasks that will help them understand individual organelles and how they help support the cell’s function as a whole.
